My wife and I came in to look at an Internet Special. Our experience with Isaac was relaxed and unforced. He was so knowledgeable about our Rav 4 and was willing to compare it to the CRV. At sometimes he was favorable to the CRV but as he said he was a Toyota man. Fit well with us, but we were impressed that he was so willing to share his thoughts on another make and model. As I said the experience was relaxed, unforced and comfortable. I would highly recommend Toyota of Tacoma. I would willingly go back to buy another car from them. Everything was done professionally and in a timely manner. Well Done!
John Kim went above and beyond the call of duty on this, especially in his dealings with the extended warranty company. The car wasn’t ready on the date originally promised, but that wasn’t the fault of John or of Larson. Your service department continues to set a high standard. Thanks!

I have never had a brand new car in my life!! until I came to Larson Toyota of Tacoma (on Tacoma Way) I really was not thinking I would drive off that day in Dec (Dec 28,2012) in a brand new 2013 Toyota Corolla S. Thanks to one Amazing sales man at Toyota, Joe Stroberger!! He is what EVER CAR SALES MAN NEEDS TO BE!! he didn’t hassle us, nor did he pressure us into anything we didn’t want or couldn’t afford. He went above and beyond his job to make sure we were helped 100%. Joe has a heart of gold!! He broke it all down for us, made us feel comfortable, as well as happy with the choice we made. Now a lot of people came up to us to try and help us, but Joe stood out!! He didn’t overwhelm us nor ignore us. he listened to EVERY LITTLE THING we talked about!! When he told us that YES WE WERE DRIVING OUT TODAY, IN OUR NEW CAR, I wanted to cry.. cry tears of happiness. You see when your always told NO, and finally an AMAZING company and staff tells you YES you can’t help but get emotional. Joe was with us from the beginning all the way to the end of the process, never leaving us hanging!!He didn’t lie or try and sugar coat things!! I will send anyone and everyone to Toyota of Tacoma!! We came in on this date to have the special options added to my new car. The staff was warm and welcoming and helpful with arranging a shuttle for my child and I. It took the full day, but they were in contact with us to let us know how it was progressing and the car was delivered back to us by the end of the day looking even better than before (Hard to believe with a new car, but it’s true)!

I have always been very pleased with the service of my Camry. So much so that, when I buy my next car, it will be from Larson Toyota BECAUSE of the service department. There have been times that I thought I had a problem, such as needing new brakes, and the service dept said I did not need them. They could have taken advantage of my concerns, but instead, reassured me that everything was fine.

Anita, our service advisor was amazing!!!! She has always been there for us and taken excellent care of us. Rob, our mechanic was also excellent in taking care and fixing our vehicle. He took time out to ride with us to show him what was happening and then spent the time explaining how he was going to fix it. The service dept. is one of the best we have ever been to.

John Kim was my service adviser and he did a excellent job in terms of knowing the details of the condition of my vehicle and quality of serving the customer with best of care. He even came in on his day-off in order to finalize and resolve the issue with for even further questions. I think he really went above and beyond when he was taking care of my vehicle for inspection and such. In fact, this was my actual working vehicle and as much I needed this vehicle quickly up and running, John did a great job providing service on schedule to make sure everything is going well. I had only been in the state for a few days when I brought my car in. I had called the Puyallup dealership first. I was rerouted on the phone 3 times and then the rep in the service department had a lousy attitude and certainly had no idea how to give good customer service. I was a little worried about dealing with someone in this area. I called this dealership and the phone staff was courteous and connected me immediately. I think Anita was my service advisor, on the phone she was polite, understanding and FRIENDLY. She used my name when she spoke to me and about me. She explained the services required completely. Then she did something amazing; she told me to call my insurance company to see if they would cover the damage to my A/C compressor and they did! She saved me almost $1000!!! She was a shining star on your staff and wonderful to deal with. And the lady who picked out my rental vehicle listened to what I needed and got me the perfect vehicle. I will return to this dealership for all of my future service.

I was very please with the Service Advisor. She was very helpful in checking the work order to make sure all was on it that was requested and when she discovered that one item was left off she immediately entered it and double checked to make sure the other items were correct. It took me less then 15 minutes to pay the cashier and receive my paperwork and keys and was on my way home.
You have a jewel of an employee in Joe. Reception, parts, service, grounds and facility maintenence: all good and their personnel helpful, personable, knowledgeable, and professional. I was not so well impressed with the attitude of the financial officer who served us. We all have off days, I suppose. Overall, however, my experience with Larson Toyota-Scion was a positive one and I look forward to future visits for technical help from Joe and service from your service department. Thanks!

We have made a change to Larson Toyota from our previous dealership where we felt there was a strong lack of customer courtesy and quality workmanship. Too many issues were missed and when asked about it, we received no replies. It was just good luck that my husband bought a Toyota truck from Larsons. We recognized the difference immediately. His service appointment was cancelled at the dealership where we bought the car. No explanation was given. Dan then cancelled them and called Larson Toyota and immediately got a service appointment. Good going Larson Toyota.

I usually have a quckm conversation with him when my vehicle is services and he is always friendly and I will buy my next vehicle from him S well as refer friends and family to him.

Anita, the service advisor, is so friendly and helpful. She made me feel like a valued customer. Also, the young lady who came out to greet me when I dropped off my car was very pleasant and personable.
As always, they were very helpful and friendly. The repair work was covered by my extended warranty, which they took care of all the notifications/permissions/paperwork themselves. I really did appreciate that extra bit of service!

I think the team did a wonderful job. I would never take the Toyota anywhere else ever again. I had it at Firestone before I brought it to Larson and they installed the wrong size battery. What a bunch of idiots!! I am so glad that I took my car to Larson. Thank you again for the wonderful service.

The employees at this dealership are consistently fantastic. From the passing salesman stopping to make sure I knew how to operate the coffee machine- to the service department personnel who provided me with a coupon to save money on the service when I didn’t have one of my own. They ALWAYS do more than they have to do to keep satisfied customers.
Andrew was Awesome…in fact the other day when I visited…I just go straight to his desk..and we joke around like I have known him for years….what is very funny about all of it…He made me feel at home and not nervous about buying a car at all…be sure to keep this guy at your dealership…He is well worth his weight in gold…
I came in without an appointment and was treated excellent! They took care of me right away. I was on my way within an hour.
First I have to say it was David Butler’s willingness to spend a lot of time explaining Prius and doing several road tests (I drove a “c”, then a Prius 2 or 3, and then I think I drove my Prius 4 after sitting and going through the buying process with David and realizing I really HAD to upgrade to it! David’s question: “do you use a sunroof” when I was on the fence after saying I wanted one…and wanted leather interior…really helped to clarify that I HAD to go with spending $10,000 more than I’d loosely had in mind to spend! In the end I LOVE my Prius. And I might have bought it elsewhere were it not for David’s familiarity with them and apparent zeal for showing me what they could do on the road! So it was a long process, but a thorough one! I’d driven a Prius at another dealer about a month prior and the experience was completely opposite the educational experience with David — that sales person basically said “put foot on brake, push button to start.” I drove about 4 blocks and she asked “how do you like it?”! That was it. We went back to the dealership. When I checked off above “not free of marks it’s because the back seat had been left down at some point in time, perhaps during shipment, and the seat belt buckle left a divet in the leather seat. Daniel had said if it didn’t disappear Toyota would remedy. It’s barely noticeable now so I don’t want to put the car in for reupholstering, but thought I’d mention so someone takes care to not leave those seats down! I do have a little noise that I’ll have checked out when I come in to get Bluetooth connected to the new cell phone I haven’t yet gotten. Other than that slight disconcertment that I hope is nothing, I love my Prius!
First of all I would like to mention the gentleman that helped us on that Sunday, June 10th. He was great! He was very curteous and understood what problems we had with our tire. Even though he estimated it would take an hour to an hour and half and it still wasn’t done, he took it upon himself to help us and help whatever staff he had to not only get us but others on their way! He was the reason it made the experience pleasant and not stressful. That man deserves recognition for his performance that day.
I would like to comment on the excellence of customer service I received from Jon. Very professional and knowlegable. Keep him on the front line.
I needed wxtra work done and was called quickly so that it could be accomplished the same day. I appreciated the prompt call regarding the need for brake work so that I would be able to travel out of town the next day.

The service manager did follow through with making sure the part was in on the next day, he also set up a service loaner and had it delivered to our home and once the repair was completed returned our car to our home/picking up the loaner car…..

Mr. & Mrs. Larson should be proud of the team they’ve developed at Toyota of Tacoma. Their hands-on management/observations make all employees aware of the importance placed on representing the product and serving customers. This is the kind of company I would be happy to work with (if I were not retired).
My vehicle was operational when I arrived even though it needed a jump start to get there. After the diagnostic, the engine would not power up at all, and I had to have it towed off your lot. Not sure if it was just time for the truck to die, or something was not put back properly. I will answer the last question “negative”, however, I realize my truck was old and not worth the suggested repairs. I will continue to be a loyal cutomer with my other two Toyotas because I have always had positive experiences with your people and organization.
